We recommend you ensure your library card PIN is NOT the same as the PIN you use for your bank card, as a precautionary measure.

If for any reason LibraryElf is not working, you are still responsible for any overdue charges incurred when items are not returned in time.

LibraryElf is a useful email or RSS reminder service, which can send you a range of notices regarding the items you have out on loan and your reservations. For example, you can get email reminders a few days before your items are due back, or perhaps once they become overdue. You can also choose to have reminders sent when your reservations are available for collection

If you have a family, you can even add several cards to make sure the items your children borrow don't go overdue. It really is a fantastic way of avoiding overdue letters & charges!
